CrossFit

CrossFit includes a broad based fitness program that is designed to get you ready for whatever life throws at you. Whether that be playing sports or just running around with your kids at the park. All classes are Led by a qualified coach and last 1 hour. They will bring you through group warm-ups and teach you all the movements we are doing in the Workout Of the Day.

Bootcamp/Sweat Class

Our Bellhouse sweat class is similar to our CrossFit class but without the use of Barbells. In Sweat, we focus on burning fat while increasing Cardio endurance, core strength, and flexibility.
